The driving force behind Marsh Creek Enterprises, Inc. is Cort D. Potter, who moved to Montana in 1984. He established Marsh Creek Construction in 1991.

From concept to completion, Cort is involved in every detail of every house or commercial building he builds. An exceptional carpenter himself, he is on the job site daily to insure the quality expected and to keep each project running smoothly.

The lines of communication are always open, and the client is informed of all the important details and decisions during the construction process.
